JUNCTION ROAD SOUTH CROYDON

Work is progressing on an intricate and complicated development in South Croydon. Involving the reuse of an existing office building to create six number 1 and 2 beds flats plus a second floor extension to accommodate two new units. The roof is off and demolition of existing internal walls is complete. New steel work to go in soon.

BANSTEAD HIGH STREET

The Banstead High Street Scheme for Carford Developments is coming on very quickly, good work from Field Contracts who are the Main Contractor. The proposal creates two new flats at first and second floors with a restaurant space at Ground Floor.
