BACK TO WORK

Back in the office after a fantastic mini break, fell in love with Amsterdam, the architecture, canals, people, food and shops all glorious.

MBA HAS (TEMPORARILY) MOVED TO AMSTERDAM

MBA is taking a short break in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Back to work on Thursday 29th.

TWO RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS NEARLY FINISHED

Work is nearly finished on to residential schemes.

Epsom, scheme for Mr and Mrs Newman

Internal alterations and front and rear extensions to update and modernise a tired looking 1960's house.  

Purley, work for Matt and Donna, 
Side extensions and large basement dig out to create and extra bedroom and two playrooms, one for the children and one for the grown ups!

JUNCTION ROAD SOUTH CROYDON

Work is progressing on an intricate and complicated development in South Croydon. Involving the reuse of an existing office building to create six number 1 and 2 beds flats plus a second floor extension to accommodate two new units. The roof is off and demolition of existing internal walls is complete. New steel work to go in soon.

BANSTEAD HIGH STREET

The Banstead High Street Scheme for Carford Developments is coming on very quickly, good work from Field Contracts who are the Main Contractor. The proposal creates two new flats at first and second floors with a restaurant space at Ground Floor.

URBAN INFILL

Exciting option to provide modern, unique, two bed infill in Chislehurst. Pre-app submitted, we are hopeful for a positive result.
